By accessing or using OnlyFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OnlyFinder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the platform materials
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the platform to another person or entity

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OnlyFinder only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code or viruses
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

OnlyFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
